Part of me thinks, get it up ye you little toff cunt ! but at the same time 16 months (will serve 8) is harsh considering some of the sentences dished out at our local courts , what do you think troops?
Nothing like disrespecting soldiers to bring out mock outrage. Aye, swinging on the cenotaph is a cunt move but blokes who bark about him being hung/raped seem very petty to me. Good shoeing inside will sort him out. No doubt his old man will sort him a cushy job when he's out.

Why is it "mock" outrage? No matter how much money Mommy and Daddy have got, disrepecting our war dead is worthy of the sentence handed out.
Having said that what of the cunt who burned the poppy on Remembrance Sunday..........did he deserve a 50 quid fine.

Swinging off the cenotaph is a bit out of order I agree, but 16 months inside, really? People are convicted of real crimes everyday and get less. No doubt a rapist or a paedo has been let out of jail to make room for posh boy! And at the end of the day, what does putting him in prison achieve? He's a bit of a cunt now, he'll be a bit of a cunt when he comes out, only he'll have cost the taxpayer a fortune. Pointless, but then prison in general is pretty pointless if you ask me. Funny how we keep putting people in prison but people keep committing crimes isn't it? It obviously really works!
swinging on the Cenotaph is out of order, but if its worthy of a 16 month sentence, then this country s gone mad. Judges just seem to make up sentences as they go along, depending on public outrage. Also, if he did take the drink and drugs cocktail, then I dont think he would have known much about what he had done..
In my opinion the sentance is just ,its about time this sort of behaviour gets the term it deserves ,the little cunt wasnt as brave when he knew he was looking at custodial, desecration at the end of the day, pity that othr utter cunt Choudray didnt get a term for burning poppies a clear message needs sending out , freedom of speech is one thing and heard all the arguments about our forefathers fighting against tyranny and freedom of speech but its the act of a total cunt

don't get me wrong I think him being jailed is spot on (although his sentence has nothing to do with the cenotaph) but I just find people making comments about rape/murder pretty ridiculous.

the sentence wasnt just for disrespecting the cenotaph, there was a lot more he was caught doing,he looked a different person turning up in court smartly turned out ,glad he was banged up

As far as I'm aware the Cenotaph had nothing to do with his sentence. Isn't that's an act of gross-ignorance rather than a crime that can be prosecuted?
