Looking to upgrade from my point and shoot, which is about 3 years old and to be honest, the iPhone isn't that far off in terms of quality.
Been looking at these interchangeable lens cameras, but wouldn't mind some advice from those in the know on here...
I still want it to be fairly small and user friendly, hence a ILC as opposed to an entry level DSLR. From what I've gleaned off the net, the main drawback is sensor size. I hear that the Sony NEX series use a APS sensor which is the same as their Alpha DSLR's.
The cost is close to a DSLR, am I pissing in the wind with a ILC, are they a gimmick?
