You get the darker brown pair? The better pair IMO, it's impossible to clean up the waxed ones once they start going. Not to go massively against the grain, but my waxed ones lasted less than a year. Managed to get a fair bit back off them on eBay though... Insane for a pair of battered shoes! I can fully agree with the comfort point however, it really is true what they say - instantly comfortable. just be careful with them. I wasn't. Brace yourself.............
