Following a posts made in the thread 'Current Vices' about people spending a heap of time on Wikipedia and the like, reading interesting and obscure articles, I thought it would be good to create a thread with articles that people have come across and found interesting.
The main reason being it is a great way to pass the 'hours in between stuff' at work....
