Best customer service going, whenever I've rang them it's been a friendly yank on the other end, makes a change from trying to understand some feckin Indian who can hardly speak a word of the Queens.

customer service is second to none, macbook was 2 weeks out of guarantee but they gave me a new battery and the fella updated the software 'as if you just bought it new today' were his words! All free of charge
