Depends on what they have put on the declaration for customs or if they have opened the package and checked to see if tags on it showing price. Its hard to say but usually the price of the item plus shipping x VAT plus admin/handling fee ( Usually anything from £8 to £15 )

Yeh it will be what's on the parcel, there's VAT to pay plus whatever they charge you for handling.
