Not a bad week for me. Found out a few days ago that I was getting promoted at work, potentially getting an extra 200 quid a month. Doesn't sound a lot but it isn't too bad for a part time job where I work 12 hours a week.

Then today I found out I passed my driving test with 0 minors.

Not overly special but just thought i'd share as i'm buzzing now.

Should be getting another payrise at work shortly, again I only work P/T but my wages will have increased 25% in the last year.

Took me till 3rd time to pass my test, got 6 minors but I know the feeling mate, extra money you'll get could mean that a car would be more affordable.

Any payrise is good nowadays mate and that's good anyway for p/t work so good on ya'.

Not sure what you mean about zero minors though. I thought hitting a kid, or anyone for that matter, would be an automatic failure on a driving test.
