Has anyone actually ever got a half decent price for there phone by using one of these? Sent the Mrs phone off Sony Ericsson Xperia, said £24 online. Just had an email saying because of a few scratches its worth £9! £9!

I thought cosmetic condition was un-important ? Ive sent non working phone's off before and been paid the full working ammount, not moaning though.

Got £45 quid before for a beat up old Blackberry Bold and also £20 for a very old Sony Erickson Walkman phone thing. Both with Mazuma. Was quite happy on the prices I got for both. I always assumed the cosmetic condition was immaterial and they just sold on the actual bits that make up the phones...
