Quote by jurrosufcSad that a person dies too young but fuck me its not the end of the world.
It's not like its someone like Ghandi or Mandela who died. I hate when the world goes into shock just because 1 single famous person dies
Sorry rant over
Quite a sweeping statement to make.
A human that has had a huge affect on today's society (fair enough electronically but thats a big deal today) dies at a very young age. Not only did he revolutionise the world of computers. phones etc. but he was a very successful business man. So I think people being shocked is fine.
can never understand people getting all diana over things like this. sad for him, his friends and family, but for everyone else? compulsory grief just doesnt do it for me

"Each man's death diminishes me, For I am involved in mankind."
But you're right up to a point, silly when it gets to Diana preportions.

I don't feel grief, but I have respect for someone who has, granted aesthetically, influenced the way I live. Don't tar me with the Diana brush because of that.
He revolutionised computing forever. Changed the way music was listened to and pushed apples competitors further than they would of gone without him. Even pixar animations wouldn't have been the company it is now if it weren't for him. Most people aren't upset that the person died as most never knew anything about him, but that a great visionary and influential man of our generation went before his time was up. RIP

I also lol'd when I saw a girl's facebook update saying: "Actually just cried when I heard Steve Job died :(" What a fucking moron. She had clearly never heard of him untill today, didn't even know his fucking proper name. Anyone who gets upset over his death (unless they knew him personally) is also a fucking moron.
