Just wondered if anyone would be interested in this idea? I still shoot on 35mm (my dad's old Olympus OM10) and medium format (Holga), but I finally got an iphone a couple of months ago and it has been a revelation in terms of not having to lug a camera around on the offchance. Here are a few pictures I've taken with mine, feel free to comment, share, or not.
Ha, that was a recent trip I took to Sardinia with a pal. Live in Angel, Islington, I'll stick up some pictures that paint in a similar light.... the sea bass was in my local fishmongers. The landscape below my dog is Bedfordshire, and the lantern is up in chinatown at the moment.
I use an app that replicates cross-processing, called, wait for it, Cross Process! It generates a regular image rather than square and you can turn the framing function off. I didn't like Hipstamatic, way too clunky, and found the effects on Instagram way too cheesy.
I sometimes wish I did live in Sardinia, but then I wouldn't be on a forum celebrating jackets, knitwear and trousers.
I've got hundreds on my iPhone in different formats but I never use them on the blog etc or print them as the camera always cones first but I will start using them eventually, as you say great for when your on the go. Great photos by the way.
That last picture, is that turnpike house on the left? used to live just down the street from there
The category of the prosumer commodity does not signify a democratization of the media towards participatory systems, but the total commodification of human creativity
Great pictures mate keep them coming. Sardinia is a lovely part of the world , looks like Costa Smerelda ? Would like to go back to the island one day. Very Italian.
Nah it was Alghero, in the north west, stayed in a little beach hut for just over a ton for the week. Real rum diaries type trip! I'd recommend it to anyone. No English out there at all.

Bloody hell thats where we were based. Lovely town , (quite lively for other reasons when we were there) thought the whole area was good actually. Stayed in a converted garage of all things cheap as chips and just what we were after.
Yes , I think a lot of Italians take their holidays in Sardinia although I thought one of the budget airlines had flights there (maybe stopped again)

Thanks! Just installed the app on my iPhone. Hopefully my pics will be as good as yours! Think I'll have to go to Sardinia too... :D
