The band that started the whole thing off for me. Clubbing, music, thelifestyle....

will go if its happening and I can get hold of a ticket. I imagine demand will be pretty high for these.

Some things are best left frozen in time and for me the Roses are one such thing. I can see why many would want to see them however.

Maybe Mani won't get so pissed off with Squire now they've all mellowed a bit EDIT: 1.15 into video.

A band that do very little for me. Some good tunes, but not really my thing.

going to see one of their tribute bands 'the complete stone roses' and ive heard that they're better live than the real band. says it all for me.

Very overated band IMO although I know everyone always says it was about being there at the time when it was all happening, Don't think it's a good idea for them to reform, I think they will ruin the good reputation they have with some of their younger listeners of my generation that didn't see them the first time around.

I never understand everyone saying they are shite live. Fair enough brown doesn't sing every note bang on but he puts on a fucking good show solo so he's only going to be better with the roses.

The thing that puts me off isn't the performances it's the dickheads that will be in the crowd, I can see the swarms of sergio and fila coming now.

Has to be the worst live performance i have ever seen.

I don't think think they were one of the greatest bands ever but I do enjoy the first album. Would be good to see them.

It will be brilliant for the people of my age group who never got the chance to see the best band ever formed (in my opinion) to see them play live.

Chances of getting a ticket will be nigh on impossible.

The mroe I think about this the less I think it will be worth going to see. But I might still go as curiosity will get the better of me.

I spoke to my mate and he said he new nothing about it, just that ian was working on his new album and his book,seemed abit sheepish about it all imo,so maybe its true and told to say nothing,or its all just bollocks

All things taken into account, probably best left in the past...

Great band with some iconic tunes, but for people like myself who were too young to see them first time round, it could well be a massive let down and disappointment - won't live up to that somewhat mystical status the band seems to have achieved. From what I've read, the 'second coming' peroid tours/live performances were utter shite.

Ian brown is shit live but it's not really about that, it's about being there. And I sure as hell will try and get a ticket. One only favourite bands and would be dream to finally see them all on stage together.

For the record, The Complete Stone Roses were brilliant. Seen them a couple times in islington, good night out.

not really interested tbh.....a few great songs but inreality they were a mediocre band...others coo over them but sometimes i think they do this as theyre too afraid to say they think they were shit...which in overall reality they were.

I'm sure they'll brilliant when e'd up to fuck.

As much as I love them think they shouldnt reform, will ruin the magic I think.
