be a good thread for me, i cant remember the last time i watched a film. Only the other night house to myself and thought id get a film but didnt have a clue what was out or anygood, so ill follow this thread to see whats worth getting.

Watched Restrepo last week & its top notch. Like Vietnam 40 years later. Lads in it are wrecks by the end but hard as nails to get through it.One scary place.
I haven't seen anything new that was too memorable this year. Although the Coen Brothers' new one, "True Grit", is coming out here in a couple of days. I have a feeling that might be the one.
No stand out movies for me this year.....then again ive got a few blurays sitting to be watched over the xmas hols....avatar....law abiding citizen and inception (if royal mail ever make it to glasgow).....watchmen was quite good mind you.....and im hoping to get scott simpson vs the world for xmas.
