reached for the secret too soon, cried for the moon.
Only drink wine when out for meals with the mrs or of a weekend evening in the house once the kids are in bed. I'm quite partial to a few glasses of Cotes de Rhone during the winter months or a nice chilled Sauvignon Blanc during the summer.
love red wine, probably even more than larger/cider. Don't sup it as much these days cos it sends me fucking doolally, nothing to do with the 2-3 bottles id put away like....

Used to drink quite a lot of white wine but now like a wee cheeky glass of red. Some do taste vinegary but many o them taste nice and fruity. I'd rather hae a decent bottle o wine while sitting in casa del coop than a couple of beers now.
I'm not really sure of all this pressure, I'm never gonna lose any of my old letters, 'Cause they'll stay with me, Until I can see that I'm no one
Can't beat a cheeky wee red dancing on your palate. I drink a lot of wine, but only indoors or out for meals, probably because of the stigma that "wine is a burds drink" - can't imagine asking for a large Merlot in my local boozer
"If you have friends like mine, raise your glasses. If you don't have friends like mine, raise your standards."
I like a drop of white and red. I tend to drink it at home or when out for a meal. Funny thing is I can quite happily polish off a couple of bottles at home and be ok. If i do that out I tend to lose a few hours??
i drink white wine at home, Sauvignon Blanc, pinot grigio, Sancere, white Rioja, Poully fume, depending whats on speciall offer, i also drink Baileys never when i m in a pub though, but if i m out having a meal, especially fish, i ll have a glass or two.
Only the last few years I've been into wine. First time I got drunk on it I was in the Navy and got done for waving at the Royal Yacht Brittania with my top off, got a £50 fine and 7 days stoppage of leave for that! Now adays I'm a bit more sensible. Drink a fair bit of red, Shiraz or Cabanet Saubigon ( dodgy spelling ) is very nice but gives you a dry mouth and bad head in the morning. White wine can be a bit vinegary but if you spend a bit on a Chablis or Pinot Griot you should be ok.
Dont like the stuff unless its very sweet i havent drank one yet that is I tried chatau nuef de pap last xmas some one recommended it..............i didnt like it but as you wine lads would say ,,it wasnt palatable
