Personal Injury Claims anyone dealt with the system?

How long did it take from report to cheque?

In April I slipped I got injured MCL SPRAIN second degree, now I'm claiming but its taking ages to get anywhere.
Have reported it, got all the photos, have my Dr & Physio reports, witnesses etc... In fact I've done all the hard work... Plus I'm still getting pain from it.

Just need advice on this issue. Thanks.

I'm in the process now after having an ulnar nerve transplant after it was trapped you need to have a consultation with a solicitor I'm doing mine with the union I'm in, Mine then sent out a question form who and why the claim is against, Now waiting to get a medical it takes a while mate

years ago. bus accident, some solicitor advertising on the back of the daily mirror (this was before they were all at it). took ages, got £2k or so. there was nowt wrong with me

Takes forever and even when/if you come to an agreement over figures some companys take upto six months to pay you, use a local solicitor and keep on pooping in for updates, the solicitors drag it on for more bunce and the companys dont want to pay period , hard work but if the medical is in your favour they will normally settle out of court but mess you about for the money
