For the mac. Any one got a link that's idiot proof. I have tried the usual suspects but they involve fucking about with it and I don't fancy it to be honest.

Or does any kind soul just want to send me the cd and serial number? I'm sure you can stick it on a few different systems legally can't you?

CS3, CS4 or CS5?

I'm not sure Nuno. Not using it professionally or anything just small editing jobs. Effects, adding text, borders etc etc.

While your at it, I am interesting too. Working with CS2 doesn't really work for me.

Mac OS X 10.6.8, Just had a look and I take it CS5 is the latest version. That would probably be best but the links I find involve fiddling about with the computer to get it working and I don't want to ruin anything.

OS is snow leopard i think.

i got cs5 by downloading the trial free trial, then downloading the keygen and typing the serial in, took 5 mins.

try maybe on http://avaxhome.ws , sometimes helpful when it deals with softwares downloads

Actually CS5.5 is out and 30 day free trial available at adobe. Gets you 30 days for you to find a key gen to get a serial number.

Right downloaded the trial version of cs5.5 so need a serial number now. I looked into getting a keygen but if I'm honest it confused me. Any ideas?

Torrent sites usually have key gens. Just make sure its one(torrent/file) with plenty positive feedback and downloads.

Downloaded a keygen and I get this which is jibberish to me, sounds quite dodgy fiddling about with osx as well. Any help.

MACOSX :
1./ Install Adobe Master Collection
2./ Use XFORCE keygen to generate your serial on a windows machine or use one of the
serials listed below

3./ When installation is finished
Run Osx/disable_activation_osx as root
if you dont know how to do that, open a terminal window
then issue sudo -s, a root shell will open
then simply do "sh disable_activation_osx" w/o the ""
or ./disable_activation_osx( make it executable chmod 755 disable_activation_osx
you do that from the folder where disable_activation_osx is. (just copy it anywhere on your hdd)

4./ Enjoy it

5./ Check OSX/install_color_finesse3_osx.txt
to install Color Finesse 3

got it on my mac, downloaded it from some where and it works fine with none of that mucking about, will try and find all the set up programs for you.

I'm looking for Photoshop for my sons PC, but likewise don't want one that you have to mess around with loads of settings.

So i got it working, got a working serial and something that prevented adobe from checking alls going fine then next time I start it up it says the serial is invalid. I give up.

Make sure you download CS5 not CS5.1 or CS5.5. You can't download the version directly from adobe as that is always the latest version. You will need to find a torrent for CS5. If you find some simple instructions that come with a CS5 download that is your best bet.

Just download this, does most of what photoshop does and is free.

I recently downloaded the master collection. Just install and cut and paste and you're there.
Only 7 GB!

I have used the alternatives but gimp or any others just aren't as good.

I have gave up on this, was getting messages saying the serial was inactive blah blah blah so I uninstalled it.

If anyone finds an easy way to get it, even an older version, let me know please.

Want this again. Looking for a simple step by step guide that is tried and tested.

When i have had it before it works for a while then i start it up and it asks for a serial again so looking for someone that has had it running smoothly for a bit.
