Driving to Bath and had three near misses on the motorway......(none my fault), and when I exited the said motorway i was met with a roundablout off the slip road and some red lights......stationary for 2 minutes when some nob hits me up the arse! in the work van! so now my lower back is aching like buggary.....
Tueday night, went out with work (i know...random day) had a few drinks.....woke up to find my shoes were fucked, are soft brwn leather so don't know what to use to clean them?? any ideas would be graciosuly received by the way. And also my white Ma.strum coat is covered in shit too......all in all a shite day.

am thinking of it mate, back is ragging. mostly when I sleep which is annoying........got a good paper trail with the quack over the last week so hopefully yeah!!
