let me get this straight because its the 3rd time this has happened to me now. If a buyer claims not to have recieved an item from you and launches a paypal dispute, you can provide a reciept for postage but didnt sent it recorded so have no tracking number they are entitled to a full refund and you dont have a leg to stand on as the seller? Becuase if this is the case im about to order a few macbooks and flat screen tv's from ebay and say they never arrived and get a full refund becuase this is they way ebay and paypal apparently work, anyone want one ordering? Bag of shit.

I sent by 1st class and kept the reciept so scanned it in and send it him via the paypal dispute section. He agrees that I sent it and says the post office must have lost it however paypal have refunded him and took the £40 out of my bank. Is there anything I can do about this?

if this is the case surely you can just claim this every time you buy something and be refunded every time as long as they dont send recorded?

It's fucking wank this. He's probably got the item and blagged paypal for his money back. Has this cunt had any other disputes on ebay before? Is there any way of checking that? I've said it before, if I ever put 'owt on ebay my blood pressure must go through the roof because it stresses me so much.

i buy and sell loads on ebay but i only send stuff recorded . you can then put the tracking number on . just had some fuck wit try and scam me saying there not as listed and the colour had run ( pair 20 yr old gloves) for fucks sake, paypal held the money . but in the end after loads of emails they found in my favor first for everything

I had to laugh, dont do that much on Ebay but had a flutter last week, anyway bid on the quarterzip knit, I the only bidder right till the end and some fucker pips me bidding a quid extra, Fair play I say, Guess what, buyer comes back to me same day and say winning bidder has fucked him about, do I want to buy it second chance offer, I reply yeah mate I will buy it if he takes the shill bid off the price plus his ebay fees and free postage
