You should deffo get to one pal, I think I've just got a residency in the new Canal Club in Wolves mate, re-opens December 16th/17th, a strange request from the owner tonight though, I've got to play Beatties in Wolverhampton tomorrow night 8-9pm in the perfume section lol, private launch party for something and he said if it works he'll take me on, and if I get in Saul will be playing there pretty regular too, all good.

Well i'm not sure if you had the mixer connected to your laptop and recorded, was a serious question Saul. He was annoying though

Just wasn't sure if Sauls mixer and the mixer he was using were separated for the purpose of the recording.
I did internet radio a few years ago, but we didn't use anything like that.

Fookin ell Shaun, used to frequent there mid to late 90's after starting out in the light bar - you reckon you could get the crowds back in there mate ? Always remember having a good success rate in there with the laddieees

I used to go there mid 90's myself mate it was a great place for gear and birds, it was really plush but when it made the jump trying to be different and went full on speed garage it was only going one way. Its such a venue though and I know the re-open is in a months time so I'm hoping he's stripped it back to basics and gone back for the old waterworks theme (he would be daft not too) as it was one of the best clubs in the country at one time, I fired him over my ideas to get it back up to it's glory again and he seemed pretty happy, he's having upstair's room as purely house and I'm hoping to get in there too so I can play some of my chicago and proto house, if it all comes together tonight once I've chatted with him it will be back to a music venue as opposed to just another club re-opening, there's nothing here, if you go to Digbeth in brum you have rainbow warehouse and thats it, and even then they are hosting some really poor nights, oh and Glas on a Sunday, but I'm hoping to have quite a bit of say in what goes on so it can be stripped back down to what a night should be. who knows.
That was the weirdest crowd I've ever played to fair do's, just wall to wall posh women testing beauty products, had some nice feedback off some of the girls though but I don't think the staff who were making them up were too happy with the volume while I was playing, good news is though I get the job from it and I'm playing on both night's of the opening weekend December 16th and 17th so any midlander's especially Wolves heads see if you can make it down and we'll have a beer.
