Ring 150 and lodge an official complaint stating you will be cancelling your contract in january because there price rise is material depriment to you , then say the same to the next person you get passed to , they will lodge the complaint and will promise a higher manager will ring you within 24 hrs ! Also ask them to send you contact details for the independent complaints organisation called Cisas, if everyone does it they will stop the rise like the last one they tried , cheeky fookers made 300 million last year but there profits are down 18 percent this year so we have to make up for it, Might not get you anywhere but the bloke i spoke to didnt even try to talk me round as he realised i had obviously looked into it and said the amount of complaints meant they have had to drag staff in to help .

Might not get us anywhere and if you can cancel your contract will it do you any good, if orange get away with it the others will follow , im fuming because of the massive profit they make and they should be taking 5 % off to help customers , i have 4 contracts with them and never get a bill under 160 a month, cheeky c11nts imo .
Luckily I am on vodafone! But I don't see why it is worth it, as they will lose so many customers through complaints and this will just start to give a bad name for the company!
