obscure i know but i got so annoyed thought id check if anybody else knows this story. I presom many chelsea fans do!
i JUST BOUGHT HIS BOOK THAT WENT ALL OVER THE 'MACYNTRE undercover' trial and how the documentry [ 10 years ago now] was edited to make marriner look bad.
He wasnt guilty of anything on film. all he did was throw a plastic bottle,make a racist remark[who hasnt at times], and generaly give it the big uun! nothing not one lad doesnt do in any pub on a saturday night
the gaulng thing was macytyre was posing as a drug dealer and walking about selling 'coke' and 'snide' clothing. so in fact the only laws broken were by him! he also broke bbc guidlines by constantly asking leading questions. How this even got to court is a joke. there is actualy no evidence. let alone the guy getting 6 fucking yera 4 it!
he was found guilty of arranging fight with leicster when nobody answered the phone when they called.they only called to take the piss out of this clown in the 1st place. marriner is tang these 2 for as much cash as he can. trips/tickets to gams etc...but thought and said in programme and court they were clowns!
Makes a real mockery of the British judiciary[sp] system that this can happen! 6 years and this 'jurno' walks away free when he was selling 'coke' etc... a sik joke
Did the book document the attack on macintyre and his wife who was suffering from a brain tumour at the time, or maybe that bit was glossed over ? Classy
I've met JM on a couple of occasions & he seemed sound enough to me, which wasn't the perception i had on him initially. Don't get me wrong, he would be my mate if we moved in the same circles, but he was different to what i thought he would be like. On the downside - he was a proper scruffy cunt, dressed like a fucking Jakey.

Its very easy to say that when watching a programme and knowing that DM is undercover. Camera's in cars etc, who the fuck would expect that. Jason's downfall was he liked a chat. I met DM on numerous occasions (that were filmed), but I didn't like him and said nothing. I tend not to talk about FV stuff I've been involved in unless I actually know the person, so he got fuck all out of me. Plenty of other lads who were sweating the programme coming out, including a few from Stockport who was bending DM's ear about the UVF etc. He did sell drugs in small quantities and also offered me kilo's of bugle (as he put it, straight of the jamaica plane!!!). Bloke was a cock.
And for the person who was saying about him being attacked, Jason actually asked people not to go near him as it would come back on him. He nearly got a dig off me once, but that was for the trying to sell/set me up with the bugle, but thats another story...........
