if you want a Chelsea fans opinion on Sturridge - very happy he's scoring at the moment but he had about 7 chances to score before he finally did on Saturday. he's not as good as he thinks he is and that fuckin getting down on his knees to pray is pathetic. If he does what he's good at, ie go directly for goal and get into good positions he could well have a big future. If he keeps trying these ridiculous flicks and tricks and keeps his big time Charlie attitude he'll be the new Carlton Cole. Needs a strong manager over him. Whether or not that's gonna be AVB remains to be seen.
tonight epitomises why Liverpool wont win the League .. they can beat Chelsea away , but come Fulham or teams outside top 4 / 6 , they always seem to come unstuck ...

good game, Fulham have decent players as well. Regards Carroll, what struck me was how often he goes to ground. Nevermind Suerez, who, by the way, I'd have in my team all day long, but Carroll is going Heskey-esque whereby he's gonna need boots on his arse soon FFS.
Colm - think you were a tad harsh on Sturridge mate but I do see where you're coming from. Think he can get a bit carried away with his own importance at times but in fairness, he's getting into positions and he's a lot to learn still. What's doing my head in more is why we're still starting every game with Drogba FFS. Hardly building for the future that is.....
