I know women moan about giving birth , but is there anything worse than toothache ? my filling fell out about 3 days ago , last night couldn't sleep , and the masses of pain killers I took are wearing off .. by fuck it hurts -

fucking hell, think that'll take some beating. Had an abcess above my tooth after one came out in a nightclub, didn't visit the dentist and the side of my face swelled up. Was murder.
Only thing I can suggest is clove oil, it'll make you smell like a tramp but it does numb your jaw
Go to boots and get a temp filling mate works well to cover the roots till you see dentist

The pain the night before I was rushed into hospital was murder. Did eleven nights in hospital with it on the verge of emergency surgery if the IV antibiotics hadn't have worked which would have meant a temporary colostomy bag. Nil by mouth for six days too.
The temporary filling stuff works, I always have some handy now, The pain is caused as the nerves are exposed to the outside. so filling it with the temp filling stuff helps. I actually used it for a month until got to see a dentist. Make sure you get the tube one and not what you mix yourself. Remember having toothache through this and googling as the pain really fucked me up. was putting teabags on, clove oil everything. stuffing with blutack.
