Tried it for the first time the other week, put it on my sunday dinner, a bit on the greens to flavour them up a tiny bit, worked a treat, now LOVE the stuff.....Its like horseradish x 3 but smoother IMO
Always try different types and sorts of it. Currently orange-mustard which - and you won't expect that - tastes superb. Otherwise coarse (!) Dijon or typical german ones like Löwensenf. Nothing better than a good sandwich or beef with good mustard.
