so fuckin sad,loved rio at leeds and was a quality defender,to lose his wife at such a young age is terrible. thoughts are with him and the 3 children. RIP

couldnt agree more,you look at technology and advances in medicine got to be a cure for this horrendous disease,nearly 6 years since i lost my dad to it,went from being fit and healthy to it taking him within 4 months,horrendous to see
No age, no age at all, extremely sad .. Thing is enormous amount of money is raised, as said technology can put a robot on Mars, but I sometimes wonder if there is a cure available to a select few, or if they don't want to cure certain things, it thins the population ..

There will never be a cure for Cancer unfortunately. And even if there was there would be another disease similar to keep population levels down to take its place. I stopped giving money to Cancer Research because its a big con. My step mother died recently (bless her) and the treatment she was receiving is the same treatment you would get 20 years ago. My money goes to Mcmillian Nurses who are basically on the frontline dealing with this awful disease and trying to make the lasts moments in the victims lives as painless and dignified as possible. Not the poncy scientist in there nice cosy labs earning a fortune doing fuck all.
