Pretty much how I view these types of cases. Struggling to understand how the other lad got off too.

I was hoping to the end he wa innocent. I have no sympathy for rapists what so ever, its a despicaple thing to do towards another person.
That being said I still feel there is some holes in this case. Only been following the case through media so covering is flawed aswell.
Read the testiment from the girl. All she said was "can't remember" and that seem very weak in hindsight of no date rape drug was found in her system.
Evans always struck me as, not the sharpest tool in the shed" and I can't help feeling and little baffled on the verdict tbh.
Lets wait for the appeal and see what happens. Hate to see a rapist go free but also hate to see an innocent go to jail.
On a footnote: I have noticed an increase of false rape charges recent years in Denmark and its probably the same in rest of europe. I feel sick about this since it can ruin alot of peoples lives and make it harder for the women actually violated. I have taken myself in thinking, she is lieing almost every time i read about a rape occuring towards young girls who has consumed alcohol or drugs, and that is not a good thing.
They've done studies, you know. 60% of the time it works, every time.
ive got total faith in our justice system (sentences dished out sometimes baffle me mind)....and geniunley believe that if your not guilty of a crime you will get the Not Guilty Verdict.... i dont want anyone to think im just being a Wednesdayite just sticking the boot in, as i know unitedites will be gutted.....but it doesnt have to be down a dark alley with a knife to the throat to be rape
