we have a huge problem in this country with bigotry/bigots, comments like that famine one are getting some people into serious dramas with the bill, your happy spouting shite about child abuse (earlier post) and famine, but if some one calls you lot murders you'd be off on your high horse in seconds
also i cant see what the difference is between an irish celtic supporter and an english rangers supporter

Agree with Loco's sentiments re the OF. However if nothing else this thread does show just how far Rangers fans are willing to sink and how consistently they do it. I've only ever heard a couple of celtic fans raise things like the IRA in conversation yet near enough every bear is quick to raise allegations regarding Jock Stein/mention the famine. It's just sad.
not sure any O.F. thread can be discussed in sensible manner - never seen one on any forum that has , maybe 'cause the hatred is so great towards each other , or such passion ..

Sorry did not mention pedophilia i did mention a song which could be linked to an alleged scandal at Celtic but that was banter & yes i did mention the famine which i apologized for.As for Celtic fans not mentioning anything I think Ryans first post was oh ahh up the cha which is usually sung by Celtic fans to oh ahh up the ra meaning the ira. Fucking hell , when will old firm fans understand that they are as bad as each other ?, I am truely laughing out loud at the some of the celtic fans comments ,such as- I've only ever heard a couple of celtic fans raise things like the IRA in conversation- ??? Do you close your ears at the games mate ?its easy to get any Rangers fan at it in the current climate , our club is in bits and every man and their dog seems to happy to see us go down the tubes , If we do truely go bust sky will not want to extend its contract with the SPL which IMO will send a number of other clubs into a world of shite , horrible season for Rangers but if we go all out bust then there are plenty of horrible seasons in front of many other clubs. ..and Btw congrats to celtic although I thought it was a really poor game (even lower standard than the usual pish)

I'm a Hibs fan mate, don't particularly care for you or the lesser greens but whenever I meet celtic fans in, say, the pub they can talk football without reducing it to talk of tims/fenians/tattie munchers vs huns/the queens 11 etc. Can only think of one or two occasions I've heard something like ooh aah up the ra at a celtic game but have had literally thousands of bears signing about the joys of killing catholics on every visit to easter road

Funny that eveyone & their dog wants to see you go downe the tubes eh? You've cheated your way to numerous titles FFS! You think because you pull 50,000 crowds at home that you are too big to be punished. Teams outwith the OF made very little from the Sky deals nor from gate money that the OF generate, we have 3 other divisions in the SFL that tick along nicely without Sky & the OF.
The attitude from the Rangers following that Scottish football will be finished without them, the 'we're too big to be punished' attitude & the 'all clubs will fold without Rangers & Sky' bollocks is the thing that makes me hate the fuckers even more than i did before.
I'd be more than happy to see Rangers die tomorrow & for Celtic to fuck off to the Championship in England.
