Watched it....very interesting programme....enjoyed it.....who'd have thought about the leather washers in the fuel cans being a major part in the outcome of the expedition.....great photos aswell....he made a few (in hindsight) silly decisions...the ponies etc.
Very good programme love the fact that stuff is still being found in its original condition etc. I know Ben Fogle isnt everyones cuppa but I think he's alright nice line in clobber (superb suit at the end). He writes a column in the sunday torygraph and his photo is in him in a Cabourn Surface jacket
