I have hardly had a chance to look on here for the last few months as I have been very busy arranging for a change of life.
I lost my Dad in September last year and then in January I got made redundant form my job. So the wife and I have had a rethink and we are going to try something we've always wanted to do....we're moving to the south of France!
I got left a bit of money, got a good package at work and we are renting out our flat for now. We have bought some classic Volkswagen Camper vans and we are going to hire them out for holidays, well that's the grand plan anyway. If we like it and it all goes well then we'll sell our flat and try bed and breakfast as well (hopefully).

Hopefully once we get settled I will be able to spend more time on the other interests like Jackets and trainers, which have mostly gone into storage but for now every penny and moment is going on makng the dream work!
I can't make Saturday as the Mrs has called first dibs for a friend's birthday party that she's organising. I'm hoping I can catch you for even a quick pint on the South side before you go. Will PM.

It's scary as fuck but everything kind of fell into place so far and if it goes tits up I'll be back in Glasgow and looking for a proper job.
there will of course be a forum discount on Camper rentals once we're set up so keep an eye out, when there is a website I'll post etails of that as well!
