think the initial comment is an old one but obviously Bolts comments now have brought it up again. so, what's your view? Bitter and twisted ex-olympian? or logical rationale as to the times/results being posted by the Jamaicans?

Yeah just a bitter man I'm afraid. And this coming from someone who failed three, yes three drug tests in the lead up to the Seoul Olympics and was allowed to get away with it.

Not sure but Ephedrine is still on the banned list and he was juicing with that. His prominent jaw line and the need for a brace in his twenties was typical of someone who was 'at it' and then he had the gall to have a go at Ben Johnson. Maybe he was annoyed that Johnson had a better supplier

on that documentary on that final, his defence was that whatever substance (didn't mention it) he made legal in the years following. Not a great defence I'd have thought

think when he does it in the olympic final, it's a tad disrespectful. Different if someone had been mouthing maybe before the final but it's like a piss take which don't think he should be doing in a prestigious race. and yep, def looks like he could do 9.4 certainly.

I think he knows in his head after 1/2 the race if he can get a world record or not and if he can't he slows down a bit.
blake slowed down loads in the semi final and was nearly caught on the line for it. Got through to the final by a couple of hundredths. So llowing down in that case was nearly his dowenfall.
Its sad but i dont trust the majority of top athletes these days. Used to have a friend who cycled for Australia and rode for a really decent road team in Holland. He said that EVERY single rider was on something in one shape or another. Just depended how much you could afford. (Masking drugs especially.)

Was out with me friend tonight who is Brit from Jamaican parents and she could barely get a jog going when the tram was pulling in, maybe too much hard food!!
