Been into him a few months now, since he appeared on Jools Holland. Cracking voice and songwriter and he gives something different to the usual indie nonsense. I wish him all the best - although he needs to get a gig sorted in Sheffield!
@Dylan where in Nottm are you from ? Jake can often be seen on the KOP at NCFC , which is strange , a famous musician not a Forest fan ! Hes a sound lad very mature for 18 and not a hint of the old head up arse syndrome which is nice for a 18 yr old respected by the Roses and Noel.

I'm based in Stapleford and have been in Notts now for 19 years or so but not originally from Notts. Our paths will have to cross at some point would be good to put a face to a name.
I've not met jake to speak to and realy should give some of his music a listen. It was his cousin who told me about him when he got signed by mercury so it was nice to see him get a name check on here things seem to be moving along well for him.
