I agree that if Uncle Fester is shown a red then Evans should go too but either way it should have been two yellows and Shelvey should have been booked earlier so he can have no complaints. Valencia did get clipped and pushed and the reaction of Johnson tells you he knew it was a pen. Suarez was clipped too but his then over-reaction and theatrical dive made it look silly so you can see why Halsey didn't give it. A bit like later in the game when Suarez then acted as if he'd been hit with a ball pein hammer to the back of his skull when in fact Ferdinand didn't touch him. He's just an horrible cheat and the refs for the most part are onto him.
