Yes mate, very dangerous, wouldn't say i was hooked or anything but i'd watch a game of football and when a team went 1 up, I'd think "surely they'll win" and put £20 on the outcome for a £5 gain for example.
I know in september i put £25 on man city to qualify for the next round of the league cup at home to villa, sure it was 1/5 so i was in line for a £5 profit, they blew it and i lost £25 when i was only in line for a £5 gain. It was just annoying me in the end, I'd always bet any left over money at the end of the week, and if i bet more than i have left id use another account to top up my other bank account, i'd created a £100 defecit over the period of about 8 weeks.....plus the money at the end of each week id pissed away....a lot of money to a student ......So i closed my account and aint once been tempted to open another......one thing that annoyed me though was when i went to close it they offered me a free £20 no deposit bet. Fucking unreal. I feel sorry for people with problems who it would take alot to opt to close their account and they get offered free bets ? A joke. Should be much much tighter regulated IMO.

Exactly what I shouted last nigt Wadey. Was concentrating on the Real v Barca game as thought Chelsea were home and hosed. Still could of cashed in at £960 with couple of minutes to go.

On the other side of the coin I had all the premier games as Goals Galore and Readings 88th minute goal won my bet. I was saying to Saul I wish I had put the extra bet on with all the matches I fancied because everything come in :-(
