My uncle did that, for Yodel, but he used to say that you need someone with you to make it easier, but if you gave someone half a days cash in hand you'd be left with fuck all !!
May sound stupid but i did some leafleting this summer and i'm still doing some once every two months now !!....
Me and my Mums uncle did it, we charged the company £300 per 3000 leaflets, 10p a go, We'd start at 6.30am and work until half 12, we'd do about 1,500 between us per shift, at one point we were doing them for two companies at once, charging them the same, we got paid £600 each (after paying for diesel and giving some money to my mate who helped me for a few shifts) for doing 63 hours work each, You do the maths !! Because we were doing mornings, it never got in the way of my time of/going out/seeing the Mrs and i was earning double what my mates were for doing rigidly supervised jobs in anti-social hours. I lost a shit load of weight too !!
Mind you in that scenario we just got lucky landing on the work how we did ! At the moment i deliver a local magazine, did 9 hours the other weekend for £75
I applied to a male escort and they offered me a driver to and from my appointments/events, social gatherings, 125 an hour for social events, 750 for the special benefits hotel jobby, my choice to charge whatever if involves anything i can conjuer up, so there are driver jobs, fuck knows what he gets paid mind,
Worth checking DHL as there are putting millions into expanding there business I,d contact all the big delivery companies as this is the time they will be looking for extra stuff for the run up to xmas
