Just want to say a extra special Get well soon, if they can be special.. But for us to show a man who silently keeps this forum in check each and every day in the background, checking, altering and keeping me smiling. One topper than top geezer, wont find better. A true lad, Get well soon bloke ;) Been a while since he not logged in for a day so must be feeling it as not much puts this fucker on his back Sure you be getting the spring back soon.
had a fucked shoulder for a number of years from Parachuting , so I know what it's like to have constant pain , and it's no fun at all , I hope things get better for you mate , especially with the festive time coming up ..

your having a shite time of it....av had food poisining twice the second time i was that weak i needed help to get out the bath and was bed ridden for 2 days.. its not nice take it easy j
