I study Tax at uni, its actually quite interesting IMO. The funniest thing is, British (Tax) companies which themselves pay corporation tax design the systems for these massive companies to syphon off their profits abroad, KPMG were fined for designing a massive evasion system not long back....the fine ? 13% of their FEE.
