I suffer from Tinnitus a loud buzzing or high pitched sound in the eardrum pretty much 24/7. Do any other members suffer from it? It is driving me mad!

Yes, and my ear started leaking the other night. Been to the doctor number of times and they just give me the drops. I fear theres something worse than they have been saying. Going to go back as soon as i can for another check.

Hope all is ok for you mate.I have had a hearing test & they have confirmed hearing loss in my left ear,I also have a perforated ear drum but when that heals I am having a hearing aid.
I suffer really badly at times - one of them being now. Also get really 'blocked' so much so that I can barely hear anything - will hopefully clear in a few days otherwise I will be going on a killing spree.
Used to have bad ears as a kid, when we'd go abroad for a fortnight, dive into the pool on the first day....that was in, ears full of water and 2 weeks with half hearing. Very annoying and for that reason i hate putting my head under water to this day !!
Have a mate suffering from tinnitus. Went to therapy many years ago and says it's much better now. Not sure about the details from the therapy sessions, but it was all about mind control if I remember it right. You learn how to live with it. accept it and "roll with the punches".
