I need advice as I never been in situation like this. I order something ( pay 50 gbp) from big UK shop ( i bought alot from them in the past) , it was 1.5 month ago ...two weeks ago still nothing so I wrote to them about tracking number . They come back to me "fill this form and we will find your parcel or send another ". I thought waybe it's delay on our post ( I live in Belarus sometimes this happend) so wait another 9 days ... nothing So I fill form , and got reply within 30 min " your items out of stock we will refund you". ok i thought another 3 days Check my balance this morning .. nothing . I go out and find cart from post office , go in and it my parcel arrived . Got home check my balance and saw my refund. ( it often takes few days for refund shows on balance if it from uk)
Now I'm not sure what to do , will shop find out that i get them ( no tracking on parcel) ? Do shop got money back from RM? if I contact them how can I pay them without check out, as I 'm sure they can't charge my cart now?
Yes I signed it, they wouldn't give me it unsigned in post office. But women forgot to scan local tracking bar code so on our site it shows that I didn't receive it
Oh I see, that's a tough one. I would have thought it is all okay, as you did it in honesty... The only thing they might be able to prove is that you signed it, but the date of signature was after you got refunded. If the shop chase you up, I would be only.....hope this helps!
