Eye's right, skin back tight, bollocks to the front, we're the boy's who make more noise when we're on the cunt, we're the riders of the night, and we'd rather fuck than fight, we're the riders of the Clock end Highbury
"The nightmares invading the sleep of Bayern fans involve four horsemen of the Champions League Apocalypse riding towards them. As the faces come into focus, they will recognise Frank Lampard, Cole, Petr Cech and Drogba. All were immense..."
The worst part about the football experience these days is the ridiculous prices clubs charge to watch it. I ll never go to another match, unless I get a freebie..
that's a joke (tough its far from funny!).....best part of 30 sheets to watch wednesday these days....its scandelous.....im seriously contemplating watching Sheffield fc....they play in a beer garden you know, now that cant be bad!!
It'll only stop when people stop paying these ridiculous prices. And like has been said, it all goes to pay the players wages, it's sickening. Average players who are multi millionaires and they actually believe they are worth it. I remember one article explaining how much Kieron Dyer got out of Newcastle and he only played a few games, it was ridiculous. The same thing happened with him at West Ham where he completed 90 minutes just three times in four years and yet was paid £83,000 a week for those four years.
Surely in its current form Modern football will implode on itself and we'll go back to the old days? I can't see how clubs can continue and justify paying silly wages while raising ticket prices each year something has to give! A wage and transfer cap would help the situation!
Confusion in her eyes that says it all. She's lost control.....

the problem with a wage cap is that it'd be contrary to almost every country's labour laws and unless instituted across all the big leagues could result in massive migration. As for implosion, well its in the post IMO. Football at the moment is only sustained by growing markets, once the drop off from them appears and the gulf between the biggest X clubs in Europe and the rest really starts to bite then the uncompetitive nature of the game will become clear....imagine the scottish league but on a europe wide scale. Who know where it'll go then. Personally I'd be happy if the top 20 clubs fucked off and played one another all season on tour in dubai, the states, hong kong etc and let the rest of us get on with it.

'kin 'ell, how much would it cost to watch two decent teams.
Normally Scottish First Division is £15-20(vastly overpriced for what is on offer).Saturday there,Livingston reduced prices to £5 across the board which was enough to tempt me to travel through..........only to find the game was called off when I got there after 2.Would have been their best crowd of the season...I had earlier met a work colleague and his brother on the train who showed me their tickets for Hibs V Celtic...........£28..............and they wonder why Scottish football struggles as it does.............
