av had a crap one pants to tight cardi to thick jacket to many pockets trainers didnt really want them so all av ended up with is a pair of brown rangers as my others are to small.. av had a good look and theres nowt i fancy its been crap for me this year

I feel your pain bro' when I saw you'd bought those trainers, I knew all was lost and threw in the towel.
Thought you may have got that Mallory on Coggles S ? Good buy at half whack. I mailed them asking the tag size as they list as S,M,L,XL and the XL was a 54 but by the time they replied it had gone.

t sent me a message when it dropped but i was at work so couldnt do out about it......i was hopping you bought it it would be small i reckon mark and av already got 500 quids worth floating around the mail system

On a serious note, I haven't bought one item in the sales! Yes there's plenty to have a go at, but I don't feel I need to buy anything. Even the Mr P sale although I've been tempted and put items in my basket, i've sat back and thought, "Do i really need this jacket" There must be at least a dozen items upstairs in the wardrobe with the tags still on!
Wish I had your will power T. I was pretty much done and dusted within a couple of days, most items off the "hit list " sorted. 3 items from Mr P although you'd have thought I'd bought half the store looking at the size of the box!!
agree chaps. in past years there was new purchases virtually every day this time of year. have bought a pair of chinos, a herringbone jacket and am waiting on 2 x shoes coming, one pair not in sale. my original sales wants died a death quickly-sold out, too small, didn't like it, etc.

I dont know if its been a blessing in diguise for me these crappy sales. Only bought a few bits, and managed to sit back reflect and decide not to hit the buy button many a time. Had a walk round the few shops in Doncaster today and they were slim pickings, few S.I bits in Bradley Knipes that caught my eye but seen them all online for a lot cheaper. The 30/30 coat is lovely in real life tho. Met and bought a jacket off YorkshireJord tho and he seems a nice lad.

Not bought much myself either really,Barbour shoes,Penfield tweed trousers and an allegri travel jacket from TKs, never heard of the brand before but its a nice bit of kit,made in Italy with lampo zips etc.
