cracking trainers, just not my thing anymore....
couple of things to note..toe peice was dyed black by me (rather lovingly/expertly imho)

i suspest it to be glue but there is a flat spot on the suede on one of the toe peices (its very small and you dont notice it tbh)....
the insoles are missing as these were tad small for me at first and have since gone on the missing list...

Yeah I'm a 9 in Adidas mate, they fit me sound without the insole, with the insole in they were at tad tight across the toes
