anybody help me?trying to order from oak street site,i dont have a credit card just hsbc visa debit card,went to checkout and saying authorization declined???i know i have more than enough cash in the account so cant understand why been declined,could it be cos its only a debit card rather than credit card?
any help appreciated

Visa debit cards aren't usually a problem for online purchases, Visa Electron cards are though!
Is there a telephone order line on the site you could try? Not much help I know, but worth a shot.
Scrap that - just saw you're trying to order from USA, don't wanna be phoning.
I've ordered using a debit card from USA once before, bank rang me to check with it being a strange transaction.
Might be worth giving your bank a bell fella.

John drop Tony an email @info at Oakstbootmakers and he will sort it, he deals with everything, might be worth mentioning here as we were in talks but i been that busy mate.
Think we had same problem when ordered that batch off them and had to use credit card.
