I have screenshotted my screen as it looks when i'm on a programme, the bottom bar disappears meaning i have to minimize the window i am on in order to change programmes, any idea what i have done and how to reverse it ??

No chap, it basically dissapears when i make something full screen, like the window overlaps it, i can press my start button on my keyboard but its a pain in the arse !!
