I'm changing my Internet this week, what's the crack with PayPal? Is it as simple as changing your email/PayPal address or do you have to open a new account.... im still getting to grips with the abacus tbh lol .....cheers lads!
We left Virgin early last year and they told me my email address would close. I carried on using it and no probs until Nov when i tried logging on it wouldn't work so rang them and they said as I was no longer a customer the mail address was closed so I used another but I can still get my virgin mail on my iPhone, Ipad and Mac as it is set up as my mail account yet if I try and log in through a browser it won't work!! Only other thing you can do is change your primary email account on paypal to your new address which is what I did, failing that open a new paypal account with the new email address. Clear as mud I know! Sorry T.

as everyone said make it simple... open an e-mail account to an independent e-mail provider like hotmail or yahoo or gmail and then add it to your paypal (set it as a primary and leave your old one email)
