Promoted to the Premier League. Been a long time coming this, just a shame it was done in that shite red home strip. Only been 2/3 times this season due to the change. And after 13 years of having a season ticket with the club, Hull away will be the game that I bow out gracefully of going to the City, feels like a different club completely. Not to take anything away from the clubs acheivment tonight, well done to Malky and the lads. 10% of the English Premier League is now Welsh

Your club is full of over-rated, dehydrated, goggle eyed girls.
I knew we had a bad run in with the bottom 4 four clubs and Cardiff, \ Still hoping it goes to the wire for Kc and make a great day. Hull slipped tonight but got to hand it Wolves who needed the result Well done Cardiff, see you in the big bwoys league..
John Terry ain't gonna be too happy with Cardiff getting promoted. In Craig Bellend he's gonna have some serious competition for the 'cunt of the season' trophy!

I'd rather be a franchise than a Russians whore with no real fan base but then again that's me
Eye's right, skin back tight, bollocks to the front, we're the boy's who make more noise when we're on the cunt, we're the riders of the night, and we'd rather fuck than fight, we're the riders of the Clock end Highbury

Glad to see a Welsh club in the premier league but hate the way it's being run. Respect your decision Rhys and those like you. Couldn't have been easy at all.
Every time I see them playing in red I wonder what's going on. For me Cardiff will always be horrible bastards who play in blue. Wouldn't have it any other way either!
Congrats - the two whom go up with you are dead next season, championship been shocking (except Cardiff). My lot (Ipswich) awful currently 13th either 8 points off play offs or 5 points off relegation !!!
Be careful what you dream of it may come up and surprise you.
Good to see some folk still have principles.I'm one of the 70% who have stopped watching my small club due to being 1 of the 5 backing Rangers into The First Division last summer.
Is there not a new team being started in non League,Cardiff Bluebirds?Sure I heard this.
Good article that, he's articulated a lot of points very well there. Its going to be a battle against the interests of big business and the gravy train that is the FA but I hope he's right about fan ownership being the way forward

Not that I know anything different but Cardiff are the perfect example of 'modern football'. New soulless ground, £100 million debt, loss of tradition to appeal to the 'emerging Asian football market', 10,000 new regular fans willing to accept anything for premier league football, football league family club of the year winners twice in three years, etc
Most of my mates knocked it on the head and to be honest, I'm glad we did.
I agree with peoples sentiments about the blue and changing colour, apparently Leeds weren't always white ;-) However I'd be cutting my nose off to spite my face by not going anymore, been going for 32 years and enjoy my time away from the family with my mates at the football, it may sound spoilt but I was more aggrieved this year with our negative tactics and lack of excitement than the shirt colour but we were successful so everyone is happy'ish. I never bought a blue shirt or scarf and won't buy a red fcuker either, City will always be blue to me but modern football has changed so much and whilst I wish I was pissing against an open air bog wall and getting soaked at away gronunds with no roofs on the away end unfortunately at 43 I want a bit of comfort and better facilities. Football isn't goin gback to the 80s and rightly so in my opinion. Probably rambling but I will always be there as what else am I to do on a Saturday afternoon, wander around Tescos in cutting edge gear checking the football scores on my iPhone Cardiff first?!!!!!!!!! Up the Bluebirds and look out the Premier League and heres hoping we buy some more attacking players and Malky lets some of them play sometimes too!!!! ;-)
