anybody had one done?been to doctors this morning cos over last week been feeling light headed and a jittery and my heart at times felt like it was racing doctor did blood pressure said slightly high but only a bit,listened to my heart said seemed to be beating ok,not to fast and no signs of heart murmours,but need to investigate further so going back at 4.30 pm for heart trace.got to say I am a bit worried,what the fuck is wrong with me,weird cos not causing me any problems at work or at the gym but symptoms are bothering me,anybody had similar thing which proved to be nothing to worry about? not stressed about anything so not like a panic or stress type thing,any help appreciated cheers
When I had my tests done, I didnt have high blood pressure or fuck all. They did a blood test though and thats when they found out I d haf 2 heart attacks. Dont worry though J, its probably just the stress of being a Leeds fan..

How much caffeine do you consume fella? I experienced something similar many years ago and eventually it was identified as a sensitivity to said stimulant, chain drinking cups of tea didn't help.

don't drink coffee at all and not really much tea tbh,hoping its nowt but gets you thinking for sure
by way of update,back from doctors after having ecg done,bonus was got the results there and then,do the trace then send it down phone to Manchester,and the good news for me is my heart is fine,all perfectly normal,thank fuck,made me feel a lot better,still not sure whats caused the symptoms but at least the ticker is ok.cheers for info and replies lads,much appreciated

I have just got a pre workout supplement as it happens,i have only used it once,which was on Friday as not been at gym over weekend with working,had the symptoms yesterday and today and didn't think it would still be in my system from fridaybut maybe it could be,its the only different thing I have had which I suppose cold cause some of these symptoms
