just been told as I'm taking my kids out of school for two days, I will be fined up to £160.00 by the school.........still it's cheaper than going in mid august by £1100.0
Eye's right, skin back tight, bollocks to the front, we're the boy's who make more noise when we're on the cunt, we're the riders of the night, and we'd rather fuck than fight, we're the riders of the Clock end Highbury
It's a joke how much more holidays cost in the school holidays...it's effected me for the last 15 years , even though we had no kids as my mrs is a teacher....does your nut in!

I think you can put in a request to take your kids out school its not a mandatory fine, its just something that can be imposed if appropiate.
its crazy how much the prices change.
we are camping in the Uk this year.
No way I can afford 5k to go away for a fortnight with mrs and 3 kids to an all inclusive.
even if I could afford it I think I would rather spend that money in other ways.

Bill of Rights 1668/1669 section 12 states in layman's terms that no Monies or Fines can be taken from a person until they have been found guilty in a Court of Law. (constitutional law) Very powerfall piece of law, supercedes Acts. Have used it to fight parking tickets. Me, well I would ask them to see the law on a fine for taking them out of school. Another way of rinsing money from the British public!!

I take action not to be screwed over unfairly. Only way things will change in this country...

That because they would be breaking the law. I met this Solicitor handing out leaflets from the company he works for and I spoke with him for a few minutes. This guy who studied law and had not heard of the Bill of Rights! I said " You studied and practise Law and you never heard of it" A Maxim in Law is he who upholds the Law must know the Law"
Had a letter from my daughters school saying if you take your child out of school during term time you can be fined up to £500 per parent , might ask about this " law "

Definatly ask, that the problem, we moan and not do anything about it!
fucking pissies me off this. when i want to take my kids out of school a week before they break up for a holiday I bloody well do, they can fuck then selves and their fine. within that week on holiday my kids would probably learn more life skills and be more knowledgeable of different cultures etc they would learn in school , and when the school keeps closing because theres half an inch of snow on the ground or they have those bloody inset days or they have a supply teacher for two months and just play the computers. The school system is a hypercritical load of shite run by disillusioned textbook preachers!.........i'm nearly sweating with rage
Taken my kids out of school nearly every year and never been asked to pay a fine, fucked if i'm paying an extra £1000 just to go in holiday times, travel firms don't help either though, the robbing cunts.
Schools won't follow it through due to the fact they then officially have to say they have kids out of school and goes against them with ousted figures etc
You don't request to take kids out of school you inform the school that you are taking them out for educational reasons . That's the way it works at my kids school anyway and that's what I'll be saying next year when we go to Disney Land Paris.

our lass works at the younguns school aswel T,fukin price abroad is daylight robbery in holidays. We will just go on tour in our T4
I work offshore and my ex took great pride handing me the following letter knowing full well I was taking my daughter away first week in october.... anyways was her school sports day today so I collard the headmaster and asked him about it, he said that's how it is... really...well your letter id dated june 10 and I booked june 1 and if you enforce anything I will go see such and such a barrister and drag your school through the mud..and you once all the children have left today. No problem Mr fwdcp seems as you booked before the date the letter was posted out. The fucking knob.
if you read that letter it says its a penalty notice therefore it not a fine and you dont have to pay the other way around it is to use the laws against them by stopping you from taking your child out of school they are denying both you and your child your basic human right of spending time together/family holiday they cant make you the fine its just a big con like the parking charge/penalty notice ,
