Bought and sent back an orange over shirt from Albam last week.....sent it back last thurs and they aint received it yet..... Pissed off tbh....can do without the hassle if it does go missing and ill be out of pocket as I sent it 1st recorded.....grrrrr
They're really nice....good quality material...metal buttons...but the sizing is terrible for me....shoulders were 17.5 on a size 4...could hardly move my arms....very restrictive on upper arms and pit area....ptp was 23.5....nice to look at but for me unwearable

17.5 on a size 4? Here endeth Redmonds interest
"The nightmares invading the sleep of Bayern fans involve four horsemen of the Champions League Apocalypse riding towards them. As the faces come into focus, they will recognise Frank Lampard, Cole, Petr Cech and Drogba. All were immense..."

Thats a really poor shoulder measurement for a 4, as much as I love Albam over the years they have always had that upper back issue on a lot of clothing.
Royal Mail....I posted a shirt back to The (not so)Great Divide. No-one was in when Royal Mail tried to deliver it(apparently RM didnt leave a card to say they had attempted delivery). After searching high and low for my tracking receipt, I found out that Royal Mail were returning the item to me. It never arrived, so I put in a claim. Something I returned at the end of June, and I m still to get my money back...

Its been that way for years. The overshirts they bought out in 2009/10 were on of my favourite bits at the time but the shoulders were dreadful on them: extremely tight and constricting. I do wonder how much care goes into designing them for your 'everyman', or whether they are meant for waifs with soft shoulders. Even stranger when you consider the monkey arms some of their gear have!
As for Royal Mail: a couple of incidents of late have put me right off, but I also have issues with couriers like DPD (couldn't find my address FFS!). For what its worth I'm going back to carrier pigeon.
