Played the demo and it feels more realistic than previous editions. You can't play as Messi and just dribble around everyone as the dribbling is slower and more realistic. It's the first FIFA I actually think feels different. I hear that PES 14 is amazing; might get both.
Everything new introduced will only be supported on new consoles so at the moment it's basically fifa 13 with newer transfers and some minor improvements.

Seems to be a mixed bag depending who you speak too tbh mate. I reckon the FIFA WC game will be good this year though same as last time out, FIFA seems the same to me
