to the Big Smoke , went to Korean Embassy for work visa , so had a little shop around , went to Carnaby Street , few beers , Filson / Red Wing / Size , few other stores. Filson , nice little store with very friendly staff in there , few coats upstairs , more gear downstairs , some lovely weekend bags too. Red Wing , Postman Oxford bit of a letdown , sell some used boots that were really old , some rarerities , nice Stetson bakerboy caps in there. Albam , nothing my size , but some really smart pieces in there. Size - Hamburgs were good imo , sole bit lightweight , but in all for £70 worth a punt , nice suede used.
be nice to see a decent selection of filson seen a small selection in O/P over the years but nothing that has stood out,,,as for the Stetson bought one last year nice and very smart headwear for us baldys in the colder months

just weren't for me Sean , like the colour of ori-ginal , but were bit lightweight , just the chucka without the ankle piece .. suede were nice though , but have enough suede shoes .. £200+ , not for me , in the sales maybe ..
8 I'd say , they seem quite thin too .. fairly lightweight , but the Vibergs weigh a ton , and are quality .. for spring / autumn I'd say they were fine .. thing I'm not so keen on is they are narrow at the front .. Vibergs are a wideish shoe , nice and round at the front ..
all about individual taste I suppose , I had some chucka's and found them too narrow , reminded me a bit of cowboy boots .. Viberg are big , heavy .. but my favourite shoe ..

Shame, I'd been eyeing a pair up. Has the brick/red colour been totally discontinued?
