Ok sent out a parcel royal mail special delivery by 1pm for today 17,3,2014 client I sold to saying nothing come as yet and checked on line saying in our system out for delivery ive got in insured for value its worth getting bit worried now ive got receipt anybody else had this problem??

Cost me £25 quid to send too I always use royal mail special delivery as get it insured up to what it worth etc

You can get the postage refunded if not delivered on time.

Do you get full amount are just a part refund?

Just spoke to royal mail was a break down in transport train last night will be delivered tomorrow its been tracked and I'll get full refund.

polite way of saying they couldn't meet the demands of delivering on time ..
